A historical drama based on the extraordinary true story of Juana of Austria’s journey from dutiful teenage bride to Regent of Spain and Jesuit novice. The political and spiritual conflicts of the Renaissance form the backdrop to this story of one young woman’s religious fervor and furtive rebellion.
